All the homestays we provide include:

  • A private bedroom, properly furnished, including a working table and a wardrobe.
  • A bathroom to be shared with the other residents. In some cases a private bathroom is facilitated.
  • Linen and towels are changed weekly and laundry facilities are available once a week as a minimum
  • Access to utilities (TV, Internet, Wifi)
  • You will be given a key on arrival. In case of loss or theft, it will be your responsibility to have it replaced and the lock repaired or even changed as the case might be.


Prices & Options:

Room only
21 € /day (650 € F.A.C fee). From 3 to 6 months stay
A private room in a Parisian home
> Access to the kitchen for meals, and access to other common spaces and utilities on arrangement with your family
> Such an option will suit more independent individuals staying for a long period of time and not particularly interested in sharing time or meals with their hosts.
Prices :
630 €/month (21 €/day) to be paid directly to the hosts
+ 650 € once placement fee to be paid to FAC for the whole staying period (applicable to this option only)
In the case of a guest moving from the host family to another, one should refer to the "fees and payment conditions" entry.

Concerning the options hereunder prices indicated are global prices per person and per day, they are to be paid to F.A.C. directly.

Minimum stay: 2 weeks

  • Single Bed & Breakfast

    Individual room + self service breakfast
    Free access to the kitchen in the evening, as agreed with the host
    Optional 10€ dinner to be paid directly to the host

    36 €/day : up to 30 days
    33 €/day : over 30 days stay

  • Single Bed & Breakfast + 5 dinners

    Individual room + self service breakfast and 5 evening meals per week prepared by the host
    44 €/day : up to 30 days
    42 €/day : over 30 days stay

  • Double Bed & Breakfast

    Double room (2 separate single beds) + self service breakfast
    Free access to the kitchen in the evening, as agreed with the host
    Joint booking by two people for the same stay required, in case of group booking as well.
    29€/day/person

  • Double Bed & Breakfast + 5 dinners

    Double room (2 separate single beds) + self service breakfast and 5 evening meals per week prepared by the host
    Free access to the kitchen in the evening, as agreed with the host
    Joint booking by two people for the same stay required, in case of group booking as well.
          40€/day/person

How to book

1 Fill out the secured payment form to validate your reservation and pay the 80€ fee,. it will be charged on receipt of the information from our services .
2 Subsequently, we will make our research and we'll send you all the details on the most suitable host
3 Once you have given your agreement on the host family, we will re-confirm your arrival at your selected host's home and proceed to the first monthly installment or the global FAC fee payment before your arrival.

Deadline : we recommend to register one month or so in advance; however we can accept registration forms up to one week before arrival in Paris.
